The event featured guest speaker Alvin Battle, a member of the 1983 NCAA Basketball National Championship team from North Carolina State University. Battle inspired attendees with his stories of perseverance and teamwork, celebrating the achievements of these dedicated young athletes who contribute to their schools and communities.

Tenth-grade students from across Randolph County recently visited the Richard Petty Education Center at Randolph Community College to explore the diverse certificate, diploma, and associate degree opportunities offered in the Automotive Systems Technology program. The visit included a tour of the Randolph County School System’s bus garage.
