Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
High school student-athletes from Asheboro City Schools and the Randolph County School System were recognized this evening at the Randolph Sports Council Spring Banquet, held at Black Powder Smokehouse in Asheboro. The event featured guest speaker Mrs. Kathryn Simons, a member of the UNC-Chapel Hill Rowing Team and a proud alumna of Wheatmore High School, Class of 2014. We extend our sincere thanks to the Randolph Sports Council for organizing this special event, and a heartfelt appreciation to all the Randolph Sports Council sponsors, including Black Powder Smokehouse for hosting the event.
